The Ethics Board has the ability to initiate, receive, hear and review complaints and hold hearings regarding possible violations of the Kenton County Ethics Code. The Board can also issue advisory opinions to county officials and employees as to whether a given set of facts and circumstances would constitute a violation of the Code. The Committee investigates alleged violations that are received by a signed complaint from any person.
Currently there is no required form – a person simply needs to notify the Board in writing, signed by that person, of the alleged violation.
