August 2010-

Kenton County Fiscal Court commissions a
 proposal for a planning and programming 
services study
 for the Kenton County
 Administration Building.



-November 2010

The jail moves out of 303 Court Street into the new Kenton County Detention Center.




Kenton County Fiscal Court commissions a study to determine costs to renovate the existing County Administration Building.



-February 2016

Results of study on costs to renovate 303 Court Street presented to Kenton County Fiscal Court.


May 2016-

Kenton County Fiscal Court secures purchase option on Bavarian Brewery site. 


-July 2016

Kenton County Fiscal Court closes on purchase of Bavarian Brewery site.


September 2016-

Kenton County Fiscal Court issues a Request for Proposal (RFP) for project management services.


-October 2016

Kenton County Fiscal Court accepts bid from Parson/Brinckerhoff/WSP to be Project Manager

Contract Execution Completed, issue NTP.
