Ordinance 225.98 – First Reading (No Action Needed) An Ordinance of the Kenton County Fiscal Court, Kentucky, providing for a credit of its Occupational License Fee for new employees as part of an Economic Development Project by Diversey, Inc. under the Kentucky Business Investment Program (KRS 154.32-010–KRS 154.32-100).

Ordinance 340.5 – First Reading (No Action Needed) An Ordinance amending Ordinance 340.3 relating to the use and control of hazardous Materials in Kenton County, Kentucky, to adopt a new fee schedule.

Resolutions (Action Requested)

7.I.

Resolution No. 21-17 (Action Requested) A Resolution for the Kenton County Fiscal Court acknowledging and concurring in the setting/maintaining of the tax rates of the Kenton County Board of Health for 2021 at 2.50 cents per $100 valuation.

7.II.

Resolution No. 21-18 (Action Requested) A Resolution of the County of Kenton, Kentucky (“County’) authorizing, approving and directing the execution of one Kentucky opioid settlement agreement in the pending litigation against contributors of opioid addiction crisis.

7.III.

Resolution No. 21-19 (Action Requested) A Resolution prohibiting discrimination in the sale, rental, lease, advertising of sale, rental or lease, financing of housing or land to be used for construction of housing, or in the provision of brokerage or rental services because of race, color, religion, sex, disability (physical or mental), familial status (children) or national origin.

Resolution No. 21-20 (Action Requested) A Resolution authorizing and approving certain actions in connection with the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program

Resolution No. 21-21 (Action Requested) A Resolution of Kenton County appointing a Title VI Coordinator, appointing three members as Title VI Committee and Section 504 Committee Members, allowing the Judge/Executive, on behalf of the Fiscal Court, to be authorized to sign the Title VI Statement of Assurances, and that the County adopt the Kentucky Department for Local Government’s Title VI Plan.
