Ordinance 225.99 – First Reading (No Action Needed) An Ordinance of the Kenton County Fiscal Court relating to the levy and adoption of the 2021 tax rates of 15.4 cents per hundred dollars valuation on real property, 19.3 cents per hundred dollars valuation on personal property and 15.8 cents per hundred dollars valuation on motor vehicles to provide such revenue as has been budgeted and approved for expenditure in the current fiscal year.

Ordinance 225.98 – Second Reading (Action Requested) An Ordinance of the Kenton County Fiscal Court, Kentucky, providing for a credit of its Occupational License Fee for new employees as part of an Economic Development Project by Diversey, Inc. under the Kentucky Business Investment Program (KRS 154.32-010–KRS 154.32-100).

Ordinance 340.5 – Second Reading (Action Requested) An Ordinance amending Ordinance 340.3 relating to the use and control of hazardous Materials in Kenton County, Kentucky, to adopt a new fee schedule.

Ordinance 950.90 – First Reading (No Action Needed) An Ordinance amending an Interlocal Agreement between the Kenton County Fiscal Court and various Kenton County cities for the Kenton County Joint Code Enforcement Board.
