Animal Control

The county ordinance regulating animals (Chapter 90) has been amended by the Fiscal Court (see Ordinance 840.11).

We have five Animal Control Officers who are responsible for enforcing state laws and county ordinances pertaining to the welfare and control of domestic animals.

Our Animal Control Officers work in concert with other local law enforcement agencies.
