Kenton County Business Services offers an easy, secure and convenient way to file and pay online through the Business Services Online Portal. 

There are two online systems available for completing the annual occupational fee and business license renewal return. 

  1. Filing Wizard: The Filing Wizard is a step-by-step tool to help business owners file their annual occupational fee and business license renewal returns. It consolidates the multi-form process, guiding you through the math and business allocation.  
  2. Standard Online Filing: The Standard Online Filing workflow is the traditional process for filing annual returns. 

Employee's Quarterly Withholding (Form QCC1) can be completed through the Business Services Online Portal, but it is not available via the Filing Wizard. 

In Person or By Mail

Alternatively, you can mail or hand-deliver your completed form(s) and payment to the Kenton County Fiscal Court.

The Annual Reconciliation of Payroll License Fees Withheld, Form KC-AR, must be completed on paper and mailed or hand-delivered to Business Services with payment to the Kenton County Fiscal Court.
